Lots of good changes

Here is a massive update that should improve the game even further.
General changes
- Redesigned container segment
- Added a dialog that makes key rebinding much easier if the key has already been assigned
- Fixed some bad collision volume in green water segment
- Fixed an issue when turrets stopped making sounds after a while
- Added some cover on the top walk of the water segment
- Jumping will now freeze your direction and speed (no more steering in mid-air)
- Optimized water impacts
- Made ejected shells look less goofy (they have been rotating way too much)
- Added a proper collision volume for the stairs to make the movement smooth
- Increased stamina
- General performance improvements
VR specific changes
- Fixed some highlighting issue (VR)
- Added cooldown for shell ejection (VR)
- Fixed a physics issue when unseating magazines (VR)
